The fastest way to understand it
Ask for a walkthrough. We keep a demonstration licensee with a stocked book, a part-finished audit and real classes of discrepancy already in it, and we will go through it on your screen rather than describe it. It takes about twenty minutes and nothing touches your own records.

What happens next
We read it ourselves, usually the same day. Nobody is added to a mailing list, there is no sequence of follow-up emails, and your address is not passed to anyone. If you ask a question we cannot answer honestly, we will tell you that instead of guessing.
