Priced on how many transfers you do, because that is what it costs us to run. Bound book audits are unlimited on every tier. Audit as often as you like, at no extra charge, on as many phones as you have staff.
Around one transfer a day.
Around five transfers a day.
Around fifteen transfers a day.
Around forty transfers a day.
Past your band it is 25¢ a review on Starter and 21¢ on every other plan. The rates are set so the next plan up becomes the cheaper choice right around where it begins, so a busy month never costs you much, and you never have to watch a counter.
Running a full audit of a thousand-firearm book costs us about five dollars. That is why audits are unlimited: they are not where the money goes, and we would rather you ran one every month than rationed them.
What you are paying for is the second pair of eyes on every 4473 you file. Each one is read within a minute of completion and checked against your own records and your own filing history, while the buyer is often still in the building.
A citation is not a monthly cost, which is what makes this hard to price. It is a rare event with a very long tail: an inspection, a warning conference, days of your time, and at the far end a licence. You are not buying a productivity gain. You are buying a smaller chance of the worst afternoon of your career.
Any one of those is a finding at an inspection. None of them announces itself.
No. Inventory size costs nothing. A shop with four thousand firearms and a shop with four hundred pay the same if they transfer at the same rate.
You pay the band. There is no credit for unused reviews, because the price is for having the check in place, the way insurance is.
25¢ a review on Starter, 21¢ on every other plan, added to that month. Nothing stops working and nothing is refused.
No. Your staff use the phones already in their pockets. Nothing to install.
No, and it is not meant to. It reads the A&D you already keep in FastBound. We are never the place of record for your 4473s. You keep the originals at your licensed premises exactly as you do now, and the working copy we hold is destroyed after 14 days by default, or on whatever schedule you set.
No software can tell you that, and you should be wary of any that says otherwise. What this does is find the things worth looking at while they are still corrections.
Apply and we will check the licence by hand before switching anything on. If you would rather see it working first, ask and we will walk you through a stocked demonstration book on your own screen.
